Hello,

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Kevin, a Portsmouth bus driver.

For the last eight months, every Wednesday, I have had to drive the Stagecoach service 21 which departs from Commercial Road just after 15:00hrs.

By the time I get to the bus stop outside your school there are around 30 of your pupils waiting for me.

Don't panic though, this email is PRAISE!!!!

Every single week, every single child forms an orderly queue, always allowing vulnerable passengers to board first, every child is so polite when asking for their ticket, every child is impeccably behaved whilst the bus is on it's journey, and every single child is polite and safe whilst disembarking the bus.

After driving children representing many schools over the years, yours are by far the best I have encountered..... by a considerable distance.

Sadly, I no longer have to drive that particular service, but I hope one day in the future I will get that pleasure again.

Well done to you, and please pass on my praise to your staff, and most of all, the children themselves.
