Please access the two sessions (each contain a video and a powerpoint) within the files of your Microsoft Teams group. The Teams group are labelled ALL 7M PE or ALL 7T PE depending if you are on the M or T side.
Please email your PE teacher your fitness scores once you have completed the tasks.
