St Edmund's Cashless System
We are hoping that everyone will benefit considerably from this new facility. ParentPay is easy-to-use and you have the freedom to make payments whenever you want, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Gone are the days of writing cheques or finding the cash to send into school!
Many parents will welcome the certainty that money paid using ParentPay will reach school quickly and safely. Your child no longer has to take responsibility for carrying money into school. Parents that wish to continue paying cash can do so at their local convenience stores using their PayPoint™ card, but are able to view a history of payments using their account login details below.
Parents are encouraged to take up their entitlement of free school meals and with our cashless card system, every pupil is the same in the dinner queue. Please contact the school office for more details.
The more parents that decide to use ParentPay the greater the benefit is to the school. You can help us reduce workloads for all staff, creating more time to lend to educational support and the smooth running of the school. It also ensures that all money transactions are safe and secure.
Getting started with ParentPay
- 2. Enter your username and password (sent to you by letter)
- 3. Go to ‘Profile’ and change your username and password to something that you can easily remember
- 4. Register your email address on the ‘Profile’ page so we can send you receipts and reminders
- 5. Go to ‘Items for payment’ and select which items you wish to pay
- 6. Follow the simple online instructions to complete your transaction
- 7. To view payments that you have made click on ‘History
